I haven't smile a REAL smile in SOOOO long. I truly don't remember the last time I smiled and meant it. And it was over something kinda stupid. I put a bunch of seeds in water yesterday to speed up their germination. I checked them a few hours ago and a bunch already sprouted. I smiled.
It was a HOT one today. 93 with heat indexes of 96-97. Thankfully we have AC. I wouldn't let the girls set foot outside until about 8:00 and C was PISSED. She threw fits all day because I refused to let her run around outside in the heat. Yeah they have a pool, but I'm sure it's pretty warm by now since I filled it up yesterday morning.
waiting on J to come home so I can take my Melatonin and go to bed. Little Man and C are refusing to go to bed and I'm starting to get kinda tired. I miss being able to get a full 8 hours of sleep a night. Well so much for C refusing to go to bed......I just found her fast asleep on the couch in the living room. No way am I moving her.
I really should work on folding and putting away laundry. It's not going anywhere though. It can wait til tomorrow when I'm in the mood to do it. I am finally just about caught up on dishes again. trying to convince J to buy me a small dishwasher. It would help me out a lot and let me get caught up on all the housework and stay caught up.
